Clear delivery and return rules must be visible before checkout. This page is a setup framework, not a promise of shipping services or refund eligibility.

Complete before enabling live checkout. Confirm seller identity, dispatch location, delivery regions, courier contracts, delivery estimates, shipping charges, return address and refund process.

Shipping

Publish delivery regions, methods, handling and transit estimates, shipping charges and tracking information. Explain delayed, lost and undelivered parcels.

Returns and exchanges

Define the return window, eligible and excluded items, condition requirements, proof of purchase, authorisation process and who pays return shipping. Explain damaged, defective, incorrect or missing-item handling.

Refunds

Explain refund approval, original payment method, expected processing time and customer notification. Reconcile refunds against the original payment and order record.

Support

Add a monitored support address and order-reference instructions before taking payments. Never ask customers to send card numbers, CVV values or banking passwords.
